Job Description
In this role, the Technical Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that include providing technical support, training, and on-site assistance to customers. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert pre-sales technical support to customers.
- Oversee the technical aspects of ventilation fan systems.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of ventilation systems.
- Deliver training and education to customers, dealers, and partners.
- Offer on-site support to modern farms.
- Troubleshoot environmental controllers effectively.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to address customer needs.
Job Requirements
Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience with farm climate control systems and ventilation systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
