Job Description
The Technical Engineer is responsible for providing expert pre-sales technical support to customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of ventilation systems. This role includes overseeing the technical aspects of ventilation fan systems, ensuring proper installation and operation, and delivering training and education to customers, dealers, and partners. Additionally, the engineer offers on-site support to modern farms, troubleshoots environmental controllers, and collaborates closely with sales teams to meet customer needs.
Job Requirements
Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience with farm climate control systems and ventilation systems is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on-site.
Excellent communication skills and ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Ability to communicate in Mandrian, Malay and English.
