
The Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service by explaining remittance information and processing transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of financial transactions.
As a Teller, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them with remittance services and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy.
Additional certification in banking or money services is an advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in remittance, banking, customer service, or cash-handling roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong cash-handling skills with high accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
Understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
