
The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for managing ticketing operations and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth travel arrangements and effective communication within the team and with clients.
In this role, the Ticketing Coordinator will handle various inquiries and reservations, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their travel needs. The position requires collaboration with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Certificate or Diploma in Ticketing, IATA, Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems (GDS) and IATA rules.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
