Job Description
The TM1 Business Enablement Expert – Manufacturing is a key role within the Global Finance Services – Controlling Operations department, focused on supporting manufacturing financial planning and budgeting through TM1 and Reporting Insight solutions. This global position involves managing the deployment lifecycle of standardized TM1 and Reporting Insight projects, ensuring alignment with Group strategy, and supporting the translation of business requirements into technical solutions. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and finance teams to maintain data integrity, provide user training, and promote continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
3+ years’ experience working within finance environments with exposure to global or regional teams.
Good track record in controlling, accounting, or financial reporting, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Products industries.
Experience translating business needs into processes and implementation requirements in finance system projects.
Strong knowledge of TM1 manufacturing applications is an advantage.
Understanding of manufacturing finance operational activities is an advantage.
Understanding of project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
Broad understanding of controlling and reporting processes and tools such as SAP and TM1.
Experience implementing systems across multiple countries or scopes.
Knowledge of TM1 solution modeling and design approaches.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear processes and frameworks.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, presentation, and communication skills.
Determined with a strong focus on delivering results.
