The Tool Corrector is responsible for repairing and maintaining dies and tooling used in extrusion production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and safety of the production process while fostering a collaborative team environment.

In this role, the Tool Corrector will engage in daily activities that involve coordinating with die makers and suppliers, preparing dies according to production schedules, and monitoring die performance. The position requires a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Repair and maintain dies and tooling used in extrusion production.
• Coordinate with die makers and suppliers to prepare dies based on production schedules.
• Monitor die performance and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of die performance and maintenance activities.
• Manage team performance and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety in production.
