The Transparency Reporting Analyst (Korean Speaker) role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and focuses on ensuring compliance with transparency reporting obligations across Asia and Oceania. The position involves managing data collection from multiple sources, conducting quality reviews, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, and supporting process improvements within the Transparency team at Sanofi Business Services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Advanced proficiency in English and Korean languages.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, typically 2-4 years.
Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Familiarity with transparency reporting or transfer-of-value processes is advantageous.
Knowledge of CRM, Concur, SAP, Medispend, OneCRM, or similar systems is preferred.
Ability to adhere to strict compliance timelines.
Understanding of transparency regulations in Asia and Oceania is preferred.
Experience with process automation or simplification is beneficial.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with documentation and version control.
Confidence in asking questions, assessing risks, and prioritizing tasks.
Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Medispend and OneCRM is an advantage.
