
The Vice President, High Net Worth & Affluent Segment is responsible for defining and executing the sales and distribution strategy for the High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent segments. This role involves leading initiatives that enhance product value, deepen client engagement, and influence investment behavior within the segment.
In this role, you will support the Head of Segment in daily operations, focusing on strategy development and execution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in investment management, unit trust, banking, or related financial services roles.
Experience in product strategy, sales strategy, segment management, or investment-related roles.
Strong understanding of unit trust products and market dynamics.
Proven capability in sales campaign ideation and execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
