
The Vice President will play a critical role in driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and expanding the investor base. This position requires strategic leadership and collaboration across various teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives and superior customer experiences.
As Vice President, you will support the Head of Segment in defining and executing the sales and distribution strategy for the High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent segments. You will lead initiatives that strengthen ASNB’s product value proposition, deepen client engagement, and influence customer’s investment behaviour within the segment. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, sales enablement, campaign execution, stakeholder management, and business development.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in investment management, unit trust, banking, or related financial services roles
Experience in product strategy, sales strategy, segment management, or investment-related roles
Strong understanding of unit trust products and market dynamics
Proven capability in sales campaign ideation and execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
