As a Warden, you will engage with residents daily to create a safe and harmonious living environment. Your proactive approach will help in understanding their needs and ensuring compliance with dormitory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the living environment to ensure safety and security.
- Provide support and assistance to residents as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs.
- Enforce dormitory rules and regulations.
- Organize activities to promote community engagement among residents.
- Maintain records of incidents and report them to management.
Job Requirements
Possess a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in dormitory management is an advantage.
Responsible attitude and awareness of safety issues.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
