
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to oversee warranty processes in Malaysia. This role involves managing claims, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of warranty issues.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end warranty processes in Malaysia, acting as the key liaison between customers, factories, suppliers, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include incident reporting, claim tracking, and ensuring timely case closure. You will coordinate the shipment of replacement parts, maintain accurate warranty documentation, handle billing activities, and support audits by preparing relevant documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warranty management or customer support
Proficiency in ERP or workflow systems (e.g. NAV, Monday.com)
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
