Accenture's model is that of a body farm, If you are new to the consulting industry this is good, otherwise it is easy to get stuck performing what is essentially call center work. Raises and promotions have also been slow to come over the last several years according to several around the office. They also lean very heavy into the diversity and inclusion to the point where people are afraid to actually state their thoughts the way the alphabet people do.

Leadership need more Alignment because reactions not made quickly

The pay is peanuts because its IT services, Too many people fighting for too little, no promotion

No Growth Political Environment Less Friendly

Poor Hikes , no reviews consider even if u work hard

Given Accenture’s size and scale it can feel like a very bureaucratic, corporate and efficiency orientated place.
