great benefits Great co workers
lots of travel. can be challenging with sole family responsibilities
Good work life balance and Good to go for job security
No hike and no proper promotions
Good coffee machines, decent break periods, work from home most of the week, and easygoing coworkers. The best part of all is the generous 4 weeks of PTO per year starting. Management seems to be involved and happy to help.
Accenture's model is that of a body farm, If you are new to the consulting industry this is good, otherwise it is easy to get stuck performing what is essentially call center work. Raises and promotions have also been slow to come over the last several years according to several around the office. They also lean very heavy into the diversity and inclusion to the point where people are afraid to actually state their thoughts the way the alphabet people do.
