average benefits for all employees
Annual dinner are meant to appreciate employee but for attendee who reach late doesn't get the entry for lucky draw. That's just make no sense, cant even make it fair. Pantry refilled portion is like 20 pax per month but for 200 employees, and advice no hoarding
Software engineer
Good for learning new things especially for fresh grad
Low salary than market average, mediocre hr department
Mobile applications developer
Can learn more things especially for fresh grads
Salary is very low compared to other competitive and the workload is quite a lot compared to what you being paid for, good for fresh grad and for learning
Project management office (pmo)
-Friendly colleagues -Sports club free sports to join weekly
-always OT -pmo is expected to juggle multiple projects of different contexts with no training for customer industry -low salary
Software delevoper
- A place where beginners can quickly learn skills and knowledge. - Follows coding standards, helping your coding align with industry best practices. - Friendly work environment, colleagues, and bosses—no office politics.
- Low salary. - Depending on the project, you may sometimes work on frustrating tasks—your adaptability is crucial. - The old office is a bit old, the chairs are uncomfortable, and the building's elevator will definitely give you a headache.

Im working at the Agmo Artisan , one of the subsidiary of the Agmo Studio/Holding . this is the most less stressed company ive ever worked with , eventho i ask for more tasks they usually will says that i have to focus only one first. environment really friendly im able to make close friends. they wont micromanage u. ive never get stressed because of work unless from client. My director yao fong is a really green flag boss ive ever had.
no cons at all working here, i think maybe have just the pantry less frequent to refill hahahah
Designer
-Great colleagues. Honestly, some of the people here are the best part. Super friendly and supportive, which makes the workday more bearable.
Working here really open eyes, big experience. Design leader? Wah, very talented… at making mess. Leadership? No need lah, just talk talk talk, spread gossip like daily news. Work? No time, too busy twisting words and creating drama. Every day, same story, repeating episodes for sure—like long-running TV drama, just change small detail each time. Simple thing also can turn into big problem, really got skill in making life difficult. Like director want to shoot movie but never read script—just act only. In the end? Everyone tired, work not done, but got plenty of nonsense to hear.
Good career path Good management
Salary might not be favorable
The company offers significant professional growth, especially for newcomers. Will learn a lot here as a junior and face a lot of interesting challenges here
Everything is good, except the salary is under market value and work will sometimes overload.
A good year to start with new company and good colleagues and also had a chance to join for Annual Dinner. I got to meet all friendly and lovely colleagues during that night.
Lunch hour can be more than 1 hour? haha no la joking only. all is good for me. :)
