Extremely poor management, Brisbane office essentially run as its own business when it should be collaborating with other offices and using its reach. Very old style recruitment methods and KPIs (may be the Brisbane office and not a reflection on the rest of the company). Head office seems to have very little interest in being involved with Brisbane at all.

Can be made redundant while on maternity leave Can be cliquey (can tell who’s the favorites) Will oversell you on potential career growth that’s just not there Management/directors can be dishonest and never reprimanded, makes it difficult to trust them and can get in the way of work

Work can be stressful at times Must meet weekly KPIs Work can be repetitive and boring

You need to hustle and run, chase after KPI which is unavoidable in this line of work

High paced with a steep learning curve. A lot of self learning and not much hand holding. Pretty normal for a sales driven career.

Could have a better commission structure Offer working from home option to all employees

no major cons to think of
