A boutique brand that sells itself to customers, and some really great people.
Cons
Extremely poor management, Brisbane office essentially run as its own business when it should be collaborating with other offices and using its reach. Very old style recruitment methods and KPIs (may be the Brisbane office and not a reflection on the rest of the company). Head office seems to have very little interest in being involved with Brisbane at all.
