Management no transparency, not open for criticism or suggestion, can be biased sometimes, basic salary is below average.

we are not allowed to share much about this. The bosses will investigate one by one and its more stressful ( not to improve but to mentally torture and be more sarcastic to us ) That much can say about it The headline should be enough to understand
Have been working in this company for more than 5 years now. Good working environment, office always full of laughters. Superiors and colleagues are ready to offer support and guidance all the time.
No free parking at office building
AR is my first Permanant role after graduation, So this place is actually a great place to start your journey in Recruitment if you have the passion for it. My manager is very supportive and takes really good care of me and also the other colleague. People here are very kind and funny which can make your work experience here much fun and exciting.

There is a variety of food around the area.
Management usually targets fresh graduates because they are unaware of salary benchmarks, allowing the company to offer very low salaries. Managers may sound friendly, but they are actually very toxic. You’re expected to join them in everything they do, even if it means neglecting your work. You must support everything they say or do. There is a sense of racial tension, and you can feel the chaos between different racial groups. Micromanagement is extreme. You’re required to report the number of calls you make and the number of resumes you send to clients each day.

The whole experience was just a rollercoaster and in a bad way.
Very unprofessional,did not make everything clear for you. Applied for different position,got a different position. The pay is really low. Sometimes only get 1k per month which is equal to the interns there. If you contact them for any inquiries regarding your salary etc,they respond 1 month later but when it comes to wanting something from us they will demand.

They will throw you the assignments and you need to pick up things very fast. Good colleagues. Have monthly activity such as bowling, karaoke, birthday celebration and festive seasons. Good teamleader but they cannot spoonfeed you. Need to be a fast learner. Attractive commission and incentives. And they provide bonus as well (to those who are performing) on top of your commissions and incentives. Usually, commission is more than triple than your basic.
