Interns more than permanent staffs (not that much...about 90% is interns) The permanent staffs are included directors Each permanent staffs are handling more than 2 departments, and inside the departments are interns only. This show that the director is too busy to handle the departments effectively, all the works we done will have to wait for their free time but you will not know when is their free time until they ask you when the deadline almost reach. Director is very emotional unstable. How to say? He will suddenly scold you for very very small mistakes. As you know that, we are just intern and we do not have any permanent staff to guide us, all the things you do mostly figure out yourself. If there is mistake, he will not talk with you politely, but asking you why you do this and that fiercely, then call you to do amendment without any guidance. -.- Director is too forgettable. He said will have meeting with you on specified date, but I am not sure he is too busy or forgot, will keep delay the meeting until last minute. (not one or two times, is everytime) This company is a cheater. The benefit listed showed that the allowance will be ranging from RM 400 to RM 1000. Based on the experience i work at here, I didnt see any interns has got the highest allowance, but i have seen interns who got the below lowest allowance which is below RM 400. In overall, you will treated as a dog at here because the directors at here will not appreciate your work and you even tough how perfect your works are.
