Workload is crazy, no OT, not double pay

Job insecurity, you don’t know when will be your turn

they train you like a robot

learn a lot but not worth it

Can improve our language fluency

lack of progression as most people stay in the same job for a long time

Bureaucracy and processes High turnover rate and people seem jaded Experience of the company is highly determined by manager - there is no real 'culture' of employees that the company seems to really hire for nowadays No clear career progression

I can not think of any down sides to working there.

Pay & Career Growth is quite poor

Lack of career progression Inefficient style of working Lots of politics (but lots of juice too, if ya'know what I mean)
