You definetely learn alot The colleagues are really good You can talk directly with the top management. Top management most of them are nice. You can seek for advice if there’s is need
Company job allocation are not fix and not organized, keep changing. Some seniors and directors are helpful but some is not. No proper training being provided, Assigned job, as long got staff to be assigned they just put you there regardless without being guided. Company IT system is totally outdated, lacking and buffering.
