In term of salary wise is quite good compared to other company
No benefits at all, Medical claim only can claim RM 15 ringgit. Old school company.

Salary is average and not have bonus. Not have much benefits like other company.
Toxic environment and manager. Scold to you if you not able doing work even you do not get enough training. Branch admin must doing heavy work and sweaty work in warehouse such as using jet to arrange pallets when treller come send Baba's Products (not in jobscope). Promise something but deny because high position. Not healthy for your mental health. Not recommended to all job hunting.

No bonus. No annual dinner Medical insurance only will cover after 3 years employment. Clinic coverage is only Rm15
