There are people who work there solely to butter up the management and it's how they rise up the ranks.

If you are looking for work-life balance, I dont think this is a right place. But if you are looking for something challenging in your career development, this is it. You will be challenged & get full hands-on experience through many different cases. You just have to prepare yourself; mentally & physically.
Poor Management & lack of skilled staffs in many different areas.
