Friendly staff, the boss gave proper and clear instructions. Overall positive environment. Have post event feedback form for staff, which was new for me, and they actually made the improvement for the next events. Kudos to that

staff purchase for books. there r tons of books, even cilok some from my HOD, tbh I stayed solely bcs of my colleagues. they left, I left lah.
finger pointing culture, learn everything on your own based on old files that were kept somewhere in the corner of unknown rooms, HOD was all over his head, acting like he's the owner of the company while throwing everyone else under the bus when something bad happen, kaki kipas to the fullest, keep rejecting almost everything and likes to make everyone's life miserable except him. the work flow is damn tiring and redundant. they r very old school, everything need to print, need each dept approval. Advice to those thinking to join; RUN!
