1. Trainers doesn't speak English. One even tried to train me that didn't speak English ( as if that was bad enough) but the trainer never did the job before. I trained myself by reading the tablet instructions over the Trainers shoulders, while the Trainer was trying to figure out the English text! 2. They also move you around way too much. I signed on for a Packing Position, not a Spare Hand Position. 3. When your keeping up with Production, and someone after you are running slow they make you stop and wait! I stood for two hrs waiting! This is a first because other manufacturing companies make the slow person speed up! 4. Breaks are way too short. A flat 10 or 20 minute breaks are over by the time you go to the bathroom, wash hands, sit down for 2/3 minutes then walk back. That's no break! 5. They don't allow you to carry your phone in your pocket, even if it's powered down and off. After we had a power failure that sounded like a bomb going off, every employee pulled out their phones, so I started carrying mine also. I keep mine because it's for safety.
