Executive
Some teams have leads who actually understand the work, the colleagues are good, and the location is convenient because it’s near the LRT.
I would not recommend working here if you’re looking for stability. The boss pushed everyone to commit fully, and once the work was delivered, a large number of employees were laid off. Even those who weren’t let go were left feeling uncertain about their future. There was no work-life balance, long hours were treated as normal, and expectations kept shifting with no regard for the people actually doing the work. If you're considering joining this company, understand that the boss makes decisions without any real understanding of the technical or operational reality.
- Some colleagues were nice and helpful — but be cautious about who you trust. - There are learning opportunities, but they come with a lot of pressure and stress from the top.
- The boss often doesn't reply to messages but still micromanages, despite claiming otherwise. - Directions are unclear — you're told to do task A but expected to deliver B, C, and D without notice. - Management is weak. Many departments don’t have a proper Head of Department (HOD); the boss acts as the direct HOD. - Job descriptions are vague, and expectations are very high — even junior staff are expected to perform at a managerial level. - No work-life balance. You're expected to reply to work messages during weekends, leave, or even when sick. - There’s little to no support or understanding from leadership on personal limits or communication boundaries.
Some colleagues are friendly and nice. Office location is strategic and close to public transportation. Pays salary on time.
Management show no respect towards employees, always shouting at staff for mistakes in front of others. Zero work-life balance. Management expects staff to know everything and rarely provides proper guidance.
