Been here for 3.5 years already. Brew today is totally different from when I first joined. It's nice to see that management is always open to listening and growing
Some clients are really nasty
Been with the company for over 8 years now. Previously, was with another digital agency. Working with the team and upper management feels like a breath of fresh air compared to my past experiences. I can't believe I'm saying this... but I'm loving every minute here at Brew
The office is a little bit far from where I stay

Remote work is awesome but also tends to over work sometimes
Low pay, extra working hours, some people get higher pay but work is terrible
Account manager
- Agency has sound and flexible SOPs - Work culture and team is creative, warm and non-toxic! - Wide range of clients from B2B to B2C - Remote working is encouraged
- Requires one to work independently (ie. not so suitable if you have no prior work experience)
Digital advertising specialist
A place to go for if you want to grow your career in digital marketing. Management talks straight, no BS. Sometimes can be blunt, but i prefer this over other corporate culture where there's a lot of beating around the bush. They also have brew academy, where i learned new stuff too. They also expect you to contribute so the calls are not monotonous.
Some parts of the job can be challenging. You must really know how to work remotely

Remote role, good mix of clients and workload. Good usage of AI too, good challenge
No year end office party for 2025, not enough company bonding events
Great team despite being mostly remote. Lovely culture and colleagues. And they are the only agency that has the guts to fire clients if they treat us badly. Mad respect
Wish we can do more lunches and dinners with colleagues!
Social media manager
Pay is fair, management are great leaders, colleagues are all competent at what they do, and the WFH culture is awesome. If you like a flexible working environment and have good work ethics, this is the place for you.
More games to play with the colleagues so we can get to know one another better outside of work!
Remote work (literally can work from anywhere), awesome and competent colleagues from everywhere. You have a boss who encourages working from whichever continent you want to be in as long as the work is done. If you're just starting your career in digital marketing and you have a passion and willingness to work for it, you'll have a team of experts who will guide you. Brew isn't like any other agencies you know. For one, we become friends with our clients. And for those who treat us unreasonably, the team isn't afraid to bid adios to them as well. Love you guys!!
Remote work has its perks, and challenges. One of the challenges about fully remote work is getting used to the fact that you don't have someone beside you to solve an issue, ask a question, look for solutions on the spot, go for quick coffee etc. Nothing bad really! Just needs getting used to. Besides, we sometimes meet to work together!

Been with Brew for 5+ years. Left and came back. It's a great place to work for the following reasons: 1. Minimal workplace politics. Colleagues are really supportive. Any issues I have, I raise it in the general chat and someone will step forward to help me. 2. Colleagues have great digital marketing expertise, which is awesome for newcomers to learn. 3. Good range of clients, ranging from tech startups to global MNCs. You will get to work with established brand names. 4. Work from anywhere. No back-to-office BS. 5. Little to no red tape.
1. BYOD. I guess part of the work from anywhere perk is you gotta bring your own devices. 2. Gotta be upfront and ask questions. Not a place for the shrinking violet type.
