Well environment with nice colleague Acceptable salary for fresh grad on manual QA role and may higher than market rate
Job scope very repetitive without any enhancing regarding skills or knowledge No increment after a year of employment Bonus not more than 1 month even all KPIs are passed in whole year
Engineer
The salary offered is good. Near to the train station.
There was no growth in career. Have a ridiculous KPI to achieve. Small office. No bonus or increase in salary. Hard to talk with the manager. Need to share 2 tables with 3-4 person.
Account manager
transparency in the workplace High-growth startups often have more progressive work environments
not at all so far

Friendly colleagues, work life balance, no OT I’ve come across a lot of negative reviews about our company, and I know most of them were from fresh grads who haven’t seen what's the outside world looks like. For me, this isn’t my first job, and honestly, I think the company deserves a fairer review. Many of those complaints probably come from not knowing what it’s like outside, honestly by comparison, this company is already doing pretty well. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect (that’s why I gave 4 stars), but real improvements are already happening. Some reviews mention a small office, but that’s outdated, we’ve moved to a much bigger and more modern space. Others talk about “toxic management,” but the company have already brought in a new HR manager who’s actively helping employees get better benefits. I’m only writing this because I’ve noticed our recruiters are struggling to hire lately, and a big part of that seems to be old Glassdoor reviews that no longer reflect the current situation, which I think it's unfair to them.
Flat company structure, minimal benefits due to it's a start up company in Malaysia, need to self-learn sometimes

Average salary for entry level positions.
- Toxic management. - No appreciation to employees, no increment, no bonus. - The HR can force you to resign with invalid reason. - They claimed monthly birthday party as a benefit but 32 pax shared one 1 kg cake (Seriously)
