Pro : - Direct hod is good, willing to share and guide but after she left, new one not so good. - Team member is good, friendly, willing to share and guide. Help new joiner blend in the team well - Workflow in the team is organized and communicated well - Company is fun during office event/party - Good paid/increment/bonus if you perform well but in term of staff welfare, no. No free snacks in pantry, no game, no lounge.
Cons
Cons: - Keep changing new HOD, teamwork getting weaker - Long service staff tends to be arrogant with decision making and selfish - Communication between dept is bad - Self interest within inter-department, not very helpful sometimes - HR manager/consultant is bad in managing company culture, staff turnover, SOP. Always twist and turn decision made - MD not very firm with his decision sometimes causing alot of repetitive works to be done, inefficient. Tends to listen only to long service staff or person he favors - No flexible or hybrid work arrangement. Must work in office. - Certain employee resists to change, need to spoon-feed, stay in comfort zone for too long - Need to have strong EQ and IQ in order to survive
