A good start for fresh graduates. You will learn a lots of things. Flexible working environment, friendly colleagues. Dedicated staff, senior who give good guidance. good working atmosphere at CADVision Systems Penang.
Need to fast to understand the process and need fast learner , if not you will left behind.

I worked in the Singapore branch and there was a lot office politics going on in the company. Judgement of probation wasn't fair at all. In fact I did not even get a review or proper even guidance. Turnover is really high because they force resignation.
Commision plan is pretty good
Too follow process. Technical have too much say in sales, and technical have the right to not support the sales which lead the sales deal to collapse. As a sales organization, best would still be sales spearhead the deal and technical just come in to confirm no overcommitment, not telling sales to not proceed further on the sales or not being supportive.
