Relationship manager
- As mentioned, good place to learn things as you get horizontal experiences. - Flexible. Both in work schedule and hierarchy. Easy to talk to bosses without much middle management. - Mostly friendly. However, I heard this depends on team as well.
- Biggest elephant in the room would be salary. Quite low compared to market imo - Direction. Think upper management is trying to be everything while not having the hard resources to do so.
Anonymous employee
- A lot of international exposure - Flexibility - good manager - work environment and culture is healthy
- very management approval, makes thing move very slow - less delegation - database not consolidated, is like everywhere
Business consultant
Young and vibrant environment Top management are willing to listen to their employees of all level No such thing as seniority or wtv
Pay jump is low when you join them, in most case probably reach 10% and nothing more. Benefits are lacking too. Also a lot of the staff seem to be quite unwilling when it comes to helping others, especially cross departments. Keep getting a backhanded remark that says "in here a lot of the things we have to do ourselves, even I had to learn this system myself so moving forward you might want to do it too before going around asking for help", and that came from someone who is supposed to be the "product expert". Yeah I dont fancy that culture
Sales executive
Friendly working environment with flexible working hours
Micromanaging from certain bosses and the commission structure was forever changing
