Positive Work Environment: I enjoyed working with supportive and friendly colleagues. The CEO also seems approachable and down-to-earth. Strong Team Culture: The team I worked with was collaborative and helpful, which made coming to work enjoyable.

Limited Training & Development: Unfortunately, there were limited training opportunities provided during my time there. This could be an area for improvement to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers. Lack of Transparency: There were times when I felt a lack of transparency from management. It would be helpful to have clearer communication about company decisions and updates, especially when they impact specific departments.
