Limited Training & Development: Unfortunately, there were limited training opportunities provided during my time there. This could be an area for improvement to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers. Lack of Transparency: There were times when I felt a lack of transparency from management. It would be helpful to have clearer communication about company decisions and updates, especially when they impact specific departments.
