The only cons that I can think of is the “dramatic” demand changes loaded causes the site or planning team to push buyer team so hard and often attempt to pass the buck to the buyer whenever there is escalation of customer

work life balance was totally out of whack

Poor raises Management doesn't recognize talent and work to keep them Management believes CI is just for manufacturing, not all organization processes Good old boys group. Tough to level up

good company but a tough economy competing with China and Hon Hai etc

None, limited travel to other locations

slow in promotion, complicated company structure

No work life balance. Layoffs twice a year. Low morale of employees

Because it is a electronic manufacturing company you are working , you will be exposed to hazardous surroundings. Sometimes you will be required to stay long hours and the work are quite routinary.
