A great place to get exposure, especially in the HR industry. The team at CXL are experienced and knowledgeable. Management team have handled the pandemic well and continues to take precautions for staff's safety too.

Work with CEO who is also Technically trained. Good working environment and dynamic colleagues. Free hand to implement IT improvement & technology based on projected budget.

Cons

Remuneration is the driving factor to seek for better opportunity. IT team is small and young, that require hands-on at times resulting in hand holding to resolve issues leaving less time for planning and execution of other task.
