Warehouse associate

Low salary Dainese in Hk almost go out of business
Finance officer
excellent team spirit, liberal and innovative
management instability too many policy changes
Anonymous employee
If you're in to Motorcycles there are not many companies in the industry better to work for. Good deals on product.
Unrealistic sales goals. Company does not support employees efforts with the systems and inventory to meet goals. Cultural differences between Italian management and US staff can be frustrating. Pay is below average and raises are few and far between despite promises otherwise.
Sales associate
Fun people - great gear - easy job.
Not much, you get out what you put in.
Great discount on products, especially during holidays. Clean environment. I work with amazing co-workers and my manager is amazing. Very fun to work in the motorcycle industry and talk bikes all the time.
Low wages, but that's just a part of working in the motorcycle industry. Supply chain/logistics needs major improvement. Marketing needs to pick up slack on getting people to actual stores.
Flexible work hours, have the best interests in their employee's welfare and customer experience.
Customers can vary and make or break the day's experience
Great gear company for motorcycle enthusiasts
Pay is not good at all.
Customer service representative
Great company to work for. Loved it. Loved the motorcycle culture.
No cons in my experience or opinion
Low bar set so low stress job
No support. No visibility. No freedom to make changes. Favoritism for managing up creates an environment of under skilled managers. Many companies in this space are "passion over process". I do not feel those are mutually exclusive. You can still be passionate and have accountability.
Great company to work for, best player in the industry
Compensation below average but in line with industry standards
Sales manager
Top of the line motorcycle gear
Company is in a bit of limbo until the investment company that owns the company can find a buyer who has a passion for the business like Lino Dainese had.
Retail sales associate
Good Environment , Fun to work with ops team
All good , Hard to be seen anf hear
Key account manager
good colleagues, good benefit packaging
no vision, the top management is confused with no clear direction, no delegation ability
Sales consultant
-Laid back -Good community -Company made up of passionate people all throughout the ranks
-Minimal structure -Lackluster training material -Inconsistent scheduling
Stock clerk
Employee Discounts & Group Bonuses based on sales Form and Function Protective Motorcycle Clothing, incredible quality and fit! Wide-range of gear to share with customers, something for everyone Very cool local management/managers in Chicago Awesome customers, everyone wants to talk motorcycles and gear! Free MotoGP watching with customers on Sundays (with pizza!)
Cash register/Inventory System is a bit clunky
Sales & marketing
No one seems to care about the company or you so that takes a lot of pressure off if you are the kind that takes a lot of pride and steak in a job. Also the best gear in the business
the management just about all the way up. Sexist racist risk employee's health during pandemic. They were just purchased by a different investment company the last one didn't seem to care at all how it was run. Maybe it will all change with the new owners.
Machine operator
Good pay great company value
Long hours need more time
Retail associate
Comission on top of Hourly Benefits Retirement
None at the moment, currently
Flexible schedule Great Coworkers Friendly upper management Lots of room to grow
First 60 days, no commissions Starting pay could be a little better
Assistant manager
Great insight into products and passion behind it.
Lack of communication between Italy and USA.
Good company to work for
Hours could be better here
A half way decent discount.
Nothing but cons with this company. try having A day off? they WILL call you constantly. 20 missed calls from both Fabio and Justin until I was able to answer. and this was on most days not scheduled. try resigning and the calls double. if you block the numbers they will contact you from other phones. and if you don't answer then....they WILL send someone to your home to pound on the door until you answer. Nothing but harasment and absolutely no personal privacy. They will also constantly ask you personal questions that should not even be discussed in any workplace. My advice is to stay far far away from this company.
Sales planner
Young, informal and passionate environment
Low internal job rotation for younger professional who aim to experience different company functions
There is support, great employee discounts, great merchandise, it's like a family and everyone is great
There are not always clear direction or rules regarding certain issues. There is somewhat of a divide between groups, not negative but noticeable
