Low salary Dainese in Hk almost go out of business
Finance officer
excellent team spirit, liberal and innovative
management instability too many policy changes
Anonymous employee
If you're in to Motorcycles there are not many companies in the industry better to work for. Good deals on product.
Unrealistic sales goals. Company does not support employees efforts with the systems and inventory to meet goals. Cultural differences between Italian management and US staff can be frustrating. Pay is below average and raises are few and far between despite promises otherwise.
Sales associate
Fun people - great gear - easy job.
Not much, you get out what you put in.
Great discount on products, especially during holidays. Clean environment. I work with amazing co-workers and my manager is amazing. Very fun to work in the motorcycle industry and talk bikes all the time.
Low wages, but that's just a part of working in the motorcycle industry. Supply chain/logistics needs major improvement. Marketing needs to pick up slack on getting people to actual stores.
Flexible work hours, have the best interests in their employee's welfare and customer experience.
Customers can vary and make or break the day's experience
Great gear company for motorcycle enthusiasts
Pay is not good at all.
Customer service representative
Great company to work for. Loved it. Loved the motorcycle culture.
No cons in my experience or opinion
Low bar set so low stress job
No support. No visibility. No freedom to make changes. Favoritism for managing up creates an environment of under skilled managers. Many companies in this space are "passion over process". I do not feel those are mutually exclusive. You can still be passionate and have accountability.
Great company to work for, best player in the industry
Compensation below average but in line with industry standards
