The managers are a bunch of egotistical, emotionally unstable people. Very often you will see them screaming to the top of their lungs because they're so furious about something. Their way of control is by using fear and extortion to expel or retrenchment. Just like a mafia would do to their henchmen. They are the absolute worse when segregating tasks and they just don't know how to arrange things according to priorities. Also, they are so bad at solving problems because they like temporary short-term solutions which makes the issue bound to repeat itself. A bunch of unprofessional emotionally unstable people. They work when they're on leave, heck even when they're sleeping and they will ask you to do the same.

Every company has it cons, just some are not so bad.

Poor COO management, need to know how to polish his shoes
