Human resource executive
1. Love the culture - there's no toxic environment created in this company. 2. There's a room for employees to improve personally & professionally 3. A lot of changes & improvement eventhough the company started from SME and small business. 4. The Boss is someone who lead his team by example.
There's still so many things to improve, but i believe this company can grow bigger and slowly take a move by showing an improvement.

Dormez Fabrication is a place where you can learn a lot in a short time, especially if you enjoy taking ownership. Because the company is still building its systems, employees can directly influence processes, make improvements, and see results quickly. The team is young, friendly, and willing to help one another. Management is putting effort into improving cross departmental collaboration, creating clearer expectations, and strengthening company culture. There are also opportunities to grow if you show initiative, since the company is expanding.
Because the company is still in a building phase, structure is not always consistent. Some departments have unclear processes, which can create extra work or misunderstandings. Workloads can be heavy during peak periods and some employees may feel stretched because systems are still being developed. Communication between departments can be improved and some roles are not clearly defined, which leads to overlapping responsibilities. Professional development and training frameworks are still limited.
