Pros

Very clean and calming atmosphere, kind managers and a communicative, encouraging environment. lots of on-going entertainment activities e.g. sports, secret Santa. Free snack standee and entertainment room available.

Cons

quite fast paced and short deadlines which makes work challenging and stressful, but also an opportunity to learn better time management and stress coping

Pros

Plenty of learning and career growth opportunities, especially as an engineer Sufficient guidance and support from top management, total transparency between management and executive levels Friendly and supportive work environment, great colleagues

Cons

Long work hours Busy schedule which can be stressful for some, it is a growing company so work can be challenging

Pros

Good colleagues who try their best to support each other despite poor management decisions.

Cons

Workload is extremely high and does not match the salary at all. Employees are expected to handle excessive responsibilities with long working hours, frequent overtime, and weekend standby, yet compensation remains low. Senior management keeps changing decisions, creating chaos, rework, and unrealistic deadlines. Management overpromises to HODs and pushes pressure down to staff. Work-life balance is almost non-existent, public holidays are sometimes ignored, and benefits, bonuses, and increments are very low. Career growth is repeatedly promised but never delivered. As a family-run company, decisions are often unprofessional and not based on employee welfare.

Pros

Excellent place for driven individuals. There are good opportunities to learn on the job, and hard work is rewarded. The people make the experience worthwhile, colleagues are friendly and collaborative. My manager was highly supportive and consistently offered valuable mentorship and advice.

Cons

Work-life balance is a definite struggle, and you should expect long working hours to keep up with the demands. Also, while you learn a lot through hands-on experience, the company lacks structured upskilling programs to help you advance your career technically.
