Sales and marketing
Supportive and energetic environment, emphasising on learning while earning at the same time. Full comm so you can earn as much as you like to, career opportunities is transparent, great team, and helpful managers. A lot of travelling opportunities and fun involved.
If you are not willing to learn new things, this would be quite hard for you. Took me awhile to break through from my previous mindset.

The company prioritise self improvement. Free personal development workshop every Tuesday, I was an introvert when I joined, cried everyday the first week. After 3 months, my friends said the way I spoke was impressive. Great place for growth, I was in corporate before I joined this company, and there we were not offered much opportunity for both personal and career growth. This company treats everyone equally, that’s what I find most amazing. Huge pro for me- I’ve improved my speaking ability.
Not for everyone - if you are looking for work / life balance, this is not the place for you. I started off in sales and although the sales earning is quite good, if you want to earn more you should move into management. Which requires a lot of time commitment and dedication, you have to learn how to communicate better and work with people, learning recruitment and training.

- Supportive team members - Fast pace environment
Absolutely terrible experience. For students thinking of interning here, please think twice. This place offers no basic salary, no EPF, no SOCSO.. it’s 100% commission-based. Imagine being an intern, going to the office at 9am, then walking on the streets for 5+ hours under the sun just to beg people for donations. After all that, you’re still expected to go back to the office for “extra knowledge” sessions…. and sometimes, they even pressure you to attend every single one. You’ll be told this is all part of “hard work” and “self-growth,” but in reality, it’s pure manipulation to make you work harder for their MSF. They also make you work on public holidays, and six days a week is considered normal. Miss your target? Then get ready to work extra hours. Honestly, this is not an internship.. it’s free labor disguised as “training.” Walking the streets, begging strangers for money, all while being brainwashed into thinking it’s a good opportunity. Crazy and unethical.
• Supportive mentors and leadership • Fast growth environment • Real training in communication & leadership • Positive, motivated culture • Opportunities for travel and exposure • Clear career progression for people who put in effort
The pace can be demanding for those who prefer comfort • Requires strong discipline and self-drive • Not suitable if you want a fixed routine or slow environment
They run workshops and training that really help the team grow. • No one judges you — they genuinely want to help you get better, and I’ve learned a lot because of that.
Might not be the best fit if you’re just looking for that chill 9-to-5 kind of job. • If career growth isn’t something you’re focused on right now, the pace might feel a bit much.
