A few of the team leaders are helpful and friendly. easy to get off days you want. just need to request few days before. workflow are smooth and most of the people who works there are helpful!
Sorry to say, the hong kong team ones are RACIST . they gang up with the client and just hate on malays and indians. first of all, those are just "client" why are they even in the office everyday and trying to bring a bad atmosphere to the office? if they dont like someone they just want them out! haha how diabolical?????????? "transfer project" "send resign letter"

No benefit Keep changing policy Manipulative They don’t give what they promise to Staff . My campaign was closed down beginning of this year , instead of giving me layoff benefit , they choose to make me resign by transferring to a campaign that is not relevant.

My first impression of this workplace wasn’t great. The management seemed unaware of incoming new staff, and the way we were welcomed felt unorganized and improper. While the work itself on my current project is manageable, the client often involves themselves in unprofessional matters. Personal preferences seem to influence work dynamics, which is demotivating, even if you perform well. Unfortunately, there’s no positive workplace culture or activities to help alleviate stress, which makes it harder to feel engaged or supported.

No benefits, hr policies are disgusting
The HR was quite understanding when i was working there and we were assisting another company . The flexible time i had despite busy hours were fine and they bought me milk tea when I left. They didn't force me or the colleague to take the headset necessary .
Worrying stuff happens when the bad colleagues would be there and has bad internet connections. But I won't blame them
