Previously known as SOCIO Intelligence, now they rebranded to enzee without any changes in the company cultures, values. New name, same toxic environment. My entire experience here honestly felt like being part of a university project committee. The bosses are very pretentious, they don’t have real industry knowledge yet somehow always believe their solution is the best one. They favour “yes-man” staff, promote them, give them higher salaries and special treatment, while these people actually lack skill and knowledge. The bosses also love getting involved in colleagues’ dramas more than solving real work problems. The HODs, sigh. Especially the creative HOD — probably one of the most useless and self-contained leaders I’ve ever met. He has zero experience outside this company but acts like he knows everything. His critical and technical thinking is so low that it makes you wonder how he even ended up in that position. He can’t do client-facing work, can’t handle technical or creative tasks. All he does is brag about his fancy car (which seems to be his only achievement). Overall, the bosses, HODs, and management are just incompetent and pretentious. They like to overpromise to clients by offering “limitless” services, but when reality hits, the boss will ask the staff to find freelancers to actually do the work because no one in-house can. Oh, and about company trips, they used to involve everyone, but now it’s only for selected people. At this point, it feels like this business exists for the bosses to live out their childhood dream rather than to actually grow, retain talents, or build something meaningful. They also tend to target fresh graduates because they know they can pay very little while still expecting you to work very hard, especially since it’s your first job. Don’t fall for it. The turnover rate here is extremely high. The colleague you know today might not even be around six months later. After a year, the entire company could have new faces. The only “seniors” who remain are the ones the bosses personally favour, not necessarily the most skilled or talented ones.
