Pros

Perhaps the only advantage is be able to leave company on time.

Cons

Location - Far walking distance from MRT (>10 minutes) - No food around the company, only few canteens in the building, pricey and not tasty at all - Jalan Ampang, good luck if you drive. Working Time - MUST start work on 9.00am SHARP. You'll find everyone automatically become a MUTE once the clock hits 9.00am. - BUT you can leave the company 6.00pm sharp (and have high chance to get asked for a HR talk 😂 saying you bring bad culture to the company) People - Seem peaceful when working, as no one would bother you and everyone is just working on their own without any communication (yes, from 9-6, you can literally speak with nobody) - BUT, leaders are TOXIC, they talk shxt behind themselves, and act like good people in front of you. - HR will just brainwash you, saying how good the career progression is, and say you will have chance to be "promoted" to leader (more about this in the latter part) - Leaders don't know how to manage people, some couldn't even speak their words properly. Culture - 100% Chinese Style Company - 100% Micromanagement - Meaning? You wouldn't know the reason for the action they executed. They will just ASK you to do what they ASK you to do. - Suitable for people who don't want to use brain in their work. - No work life balance, they only hold cringe activities which they claim can "bond" people inside the company. Salary - Below average for a fresh grad. - Speaking of being promoted to a so called "leader", in some cases, IF the Chinese supervisor thinks you can handle a lot of tasks, congrats, you will get RM100 increment for promotion. You heard it right, only RM100, and that's only for promotion. - If you're not promoted, despite working for 1 year+, you wouldn't get any salary increment. - Even if you became a leader, you have to continue handle your original workload (20 articles a day) + supervise your team members. All these just for RM100 increment, dddd. Conclusion Frankly speaking, nothing I can suggest you to work in this company. No career progression, nothing to learn, toxic culture, low salary.

Pros

When the environment is tough and the workload is insane, newbies learn super fast how to adapt, handle pressure, and manage themselves. If you manage to survive here, then moving to another company will feel like a walk in the park—nothing out there can scare you anymore.

Cons

High Pressure & Ridiculous KPIs Imagine this:25~ 35 pieces of content per day—way beyond what’s normal in the industry. And the KPIs? They’re tied to “quality + traffic,” but with zero matching resources, time, or manpower. It’s like asking someone to cook a five-star banquet… with instant noodles and a plastic fork.
