Exxonmobil Business Support Centre Malaysia Employee Reviews & Ratings

Hella slow process for everything

Not tech competitive salary if you in it field Coperate structure you need a certain work time to get more benefit and salary

-Salaries are less competitive than other tech companies

Tight timelines - never ending tasks

Terrible culture. I basically dislike almost everyone I worked with except a few. Others said the same.

- lots of internal processes and policies adding to workload

Forced ranking performance assessment with a 5-8% PIP requirement

pay is quite mediocre compared to others, but give and take

If you don’t rank high doors won’t open to new and exciting opportunities

Always have late night meeting

Salary updates are twice an year and that is difficult for a 200% inflation country.

- Toxic work environment - Constantly overloaded with work

Work life balance, too much pressure.

Have nothing to think about

Not much benefit after 2022
