One of the worst working environment I've been in. 1. Very toxic bosses and management culture. Always gaslight workers to work on extra stuff that you aren’t hired for. If workers reject, they will fire you by saying you aren’t capable enough. 2. Non-existent work life balance. Majority of the creative workers work from 9am to 10pm night and the bosses never gave any OT, ever. 3. No bonuses for employees for 3 years but the bosses all change car to Tesla Model 3. 4. Very emotional boss and always have scolding behaviour infront colleagues. 5. Heavy favoritism and management like to politicking among the colleagues. 6. If things go wrong, it’s all your fault. If things go right, it’s all management’s credit. 7. Always make big promises and plans but never stick through it. Advice to Management Improve working ethics and treat employees as human.
