As a fresh grad, you're able to have a vast experience working for big clients. You get to gain experience in the different stages of production so it's good for people trying to explore the industry.
The evaluation and lack of monetary compensation was unfair. Everything you do and the promises given is very calculated and it felt like everything is done in the best interest of solely, the company.

A lot of OT, sometime 24hr but company still feel like you not working enough for them. And need to sacrifice weekend and you have no choice because you the only one working this role.
