Senior business development executive
- No pros to be honest
- very manipulative boss. Was told that the KPI for the role was achieveable by previous employees, while actually the price of the product was already hiked to 5 times more than the original price, when it infact they did not achieve their target when the product was still cheap. - the product is honestly unable to compete with the market - the boss or the owner is very manipulative and telling me that my performance is not meeting the KPI when I infact met the goal and was trying to reduce my salary - they also did not pay your epf.
Anyonymous employee
honestly no pros at all
-poor management (no proper HR) -exploited boss, stingy and very calculative -understaffed (one person one department) -poor benefits (if you want hot water, you have to boil it yourself) -super HIGH turnover rates -don't expect there are people to back you if you're taking leaves, you have to finish everything before you take the leave, even if you applied for 'unpaid leave' -a lot of hidden things in the offer letter that they don't want to make clear (play with words), so make sure you read properly
