Working no day no night (it means Flexible time) high workload, 1 person work 3-4 person work no work life balance, sleeping time not enough (working more than 15 hours)

Long hours, and constant down time

not the best progression in terms of paygrade

Be prepared to work like a horse, your nights getting burned, your wife/husband worrying. While being sick still work. Don’t expect to have much guidance and best if you are able to learn on the job fast otherwise you’ll suffer.
