I started as an intern at Gushcloud with little background in marketing, but the company provided me with invaluable opportunities to learn and grow. With the guidance of my supervisor, I was able to gain hands-on experience and build my confidence in the field. After graduating, I was offered a full-time role, where I took on greater responsibilities, including managing larger clients and influencers. What I enjoy most about working at Gushcloud is the dynamic environment and the endless opportunities it offers. From collaborating with influencers to attending shoots and events, each day brings something new, making the job both exciting and fulfilling.
That said, the fast-paced nature of agency life isn’t for everyone. The workload can be demanding, and deadlines are often tight. Work-life balance can also be a challenge, as clients and influencers may reach out beyond standard working hours. However, that’s the reality of working in an agency—it requires adaptability and dedication.
Senior recruiter
The supportive work environment and teamwork have really helped me grow professionally.
It’s a fast-paced environment, BUT it keeps things exciting and helps me learn new skills quickly.
The best part about working at GushCloud is the team. My colleagues were consistently helpful, collaborative, and genuinely nice people, which made the day-to-day work environment positive.
The experience was significantly undermined by a culture of micromanagement and ineffective upper management. Leadership often lacked clear direction and trust in employees, focusing more on oversight than empowerment, which stifled productivity and morale.
Anonymous employee
Each team member understands their contribution to the success of the various projects. And even when challenges occur, they are quick to adapt and offer support to those who may be new or need catching up.
Finetuning in systems and procedures is underway. Positive that this will boost not only productivity and efficiency but also the overall staff well-being.

Highly competent and high work ethic culture People are nice and easy to work with
Work life balance could be better
Monthly allowances, flexible time, hybrid setup
Many leaders in Gushcloud are not professional and are very disorganized. There is no regard or respect for employee wellbeing or their time outside of work. Employees deal with power tripping and micromanaging, and even some racism from stakeholders in Singapore. Outside of this, there is no chance of growing in your career unless you suck up to higher ups, no matter how much you do. The company is more than 10 years old, but it still feels like a start-up because of how disorganized everything is.
Gushcloud has a good work environment where employees are trusted to do their work without micromanagement. The culture promotes independence and collaboration, making it a comfortable and productive place to work.

You get to work with brands and clients from all over the world, across different industries. Tons of growth opportunities if you're willing to dive in and keep up with trends.
Marketing moves fast, and things can get hectic—gotta stay on your toes. Communication is quick and constant, which can feel overwhelming at first
- You have full ownership of your accounts and projects, which allows growth. - There’s only 1 lead who’s highly supportive and competent. I’ve learned so much from him
- Above strengths are not consistently observed across PH leaders. - There is a clear need to improve admin processes. - Tend to overcommit and underdeliver. - Out of 3, only 1 is competent and humble.
