some sort good reputation for high rise contractor, hence can learn alot in construction for high rise
relatively hands down company with 2nd and 3rd generation of two families. too many heads to consider yet upper management just trying to save their own neck to appease both sides
Great exposure to high-rise residential projects, good place to gain hands-on experience. You will learn a lot about site measurements, VO, progress claims, procurement, and dealing with subcontractors. Opportunities to handle responsibility early, which helps build confidence and technical skills.
Workload can be heavy, especially during peak periods such as progress submissions, VO closing, and tender preparation. Work-life balance can be challenging depending on the project and project manager. If you end up under a difficult PM, it can significantly affect your stress levels. Internal processes and documentation could be more structured and organised to support smoother workflow. Limited formal or structured training; most learning depends on self-initiative or guidance from seniors. Benefits are minimal and salary is quite standard compared to industry benchmarks. Top management can be indecisive at times, leading to delays or unclear directions for the team.
