the culture is totally unfair, boss will only be good face on you if you can play with her the colleague is playing themselves without consider others brand, shout loudly and dance in public area and the most important thing is hr will no response to it mentioning need to follow company rules but some of it still collaborate with payment with others makeup and skincare brand, kindly check each fella XHS and I not sure why this happened. (1) Don't you notice out of all reviews, the Employer responded/acknowledged only those positive reviews and turn the eyes blind on those negative reviews? You may want to apply your sixth sense. (2) If an employer conducts survey, invites employees to provide feedback, however employees can only provide positive response. What say you?

• Very minimal guidance for new joiners, expected to be fully independent from day one without proper instructions. • Experienced biased or unfair treatment that made the environment uncomfortable. • HR pressured me to “resign voluntarily,” even asking me to rewrite my letter to make it look like it was my decision. • The removal felt pre-planned, they had already engaged someone else to replace me before even giving their final decision. These happens to several people here. • Lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability in handling employee matters. • Company culture leans heavily towards practices from their home country, without adapting to local norms, expectations, or professional standards.

probably can hire more malay and indian to make it more diverse now feels like almost 70% are chinese. Understand that this is China MNC, but try understand the market and specific job needs where people from other race that can do that job better. Turnover rate are quite high but i guess its just normal for retail company, my previous and new company also got very high turnover because we are retails. So I dont really complain this part.

If you ever get an offer from this company, especially to work under a Korean makeup brand starting with "B," do yourself a favor—reject it and run. The brand director is the worst superior you could have. She lacks clear direction regarding brand performance and constantly blames her subordinates for not doing their jobs. The brand director also allows workplace bullying within the internal team, particularly in the social media division. The senior in the social media team frequently complains to the brand director, even when she neglects her own responsibilities, and shifts the blame to the marketing executive. Despite being fully aware of this toxic behavior, the brand director remains silent and lets it continue. Working at this company means losing your freedom, too. If you post any negative reviews about the company, the brand director will gaslight you into deleting them.
