HJG offers a wide range of financial services including financial planning, retirement plans, and protection plans. The agency provides structured training and coaching every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for up to 18 months to support career development. It has successfully developed agents into unit managers within 36 months and supports agents with various departmental resources including training, coaching, administration, recruiting, personal support, and group insurance. HJG provides financial incentives such as allowances ranging from RM4,000 to RM9,000 once targets are hit, bonuses over RM1-2 million paid out over 10 years, and additional bonuses for achieving MDRT status and Million Dollar Agency milestones.
