Constant change or roles and KPI: From the beginning, the role was poorly defined. There was no proper onboarding, and expectations regarding daily tasks, deliverables, and KPIs were vague and constantly changing. It often felt like management themselves were unsure of what they wanted, leading to confusion, wasted effort, and unnecessary stress. Micromanagement / Lack of Creative Freedom: As a content creator, you expect some creative freedom, but ideas were frequently dismissed without discussion. Micromanagement was a daily struggle, making it hard to be innovative or motivated. Overwork and Underappreciation: Overtime was treated like an expectation, not an exception, and there was little recognition for the extra effort. Management wouldnt want to listen to opinions: management showed little to no interest in employee feedback. When concerns or suggestions were raised, they were either dismissed or ignored entirely. It created an unhealthy environment where creativity, growth, and collaboration were stifled. Creativity is stifled, communication is one-way, and leadership shows little willingness to adapt or improve. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about growing in a healthy, supportive environment.
