Total freedom but with support to do what I needed to do
I enjoyed working there but just wanted something bigger, not their fault
Good training and look after their employees. Like a family.

Younger staff were okay to work with.
Awful environment with staff continually bickering with some toxic personalities making it a misery to work there. Manager never turned up and would never tell you the truth. Avoid.

A shame that we got taken over by this company as new management was awful, as was the minimum pay they offer. Im friends with current and past employees from other branches who have all said the same. The new manager was rude to staff and patients. Made it unbearable to work there and head management teams had no interest in staff welfare. Would not recommend to any friend to take employment with this company. Work environment was unprofessional and the branches left to be unkempt working machines with no opportunities to move up or train anywhere and the stores look rundown. Avoid
