You get to learn a lot about the whole production process (pre, prod, post) from industry professionals and pioneers. The company always thrives for top-quality work, even for the "smaller projects". Top-notch creative outputs. The people in this company are all very knowledgable, but are all humble and they are always willing to guide and teach. Everyone is also very easy and fun to talk to. Overall, a really good company, but be prepared (mentally and physically) as the long work hours and high standards might get to you. But once (or if) you push through it, it's worth it in the end.
Long work hours -- Shoot days are brutal, but I guess that's how the industry is. Being on-set is kinda fun, you learn a lot of new stuff, meet a lot of new people from different departments, and the vibes are just amazing. Low pay -- If you are just starting out, the pay doesn't look too good (but not too bad), but if you demonstrate growth and can bring something to the table, then this wouldn't be a problem for long. High standards -- This is a very good thing as it pushes your growth, but this would also mean that you would need stronger mental perseverance while being able to delivery quality work/ideas.
