Product designer
Some flexibility in working arrangements.
In my experience, there was no structured approach to user research, usability testing, or design validation. UX processes were largely missing or treated as optional, which made it difficult to create user-centered designs. Product decisions often seemed to be made with little to no input from actual users, relying instead on assumptions or internal opinions. This made the design work feel disconnected from real user needs.

✅ Supportive Team – Collaboration between developers, product managers, and QA is strong, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ✅ Learning Opportunities – Exposure to Agile methodologies helps build technical skills and industry knowledge. ✅ Work-Life Balance – Flexible work arrangements.
Fast-Paced Changes – The rapid pace of product updates means QA engineers must adapt quickly, which can be challenging at times. Limited Documentation – Some internal processes could benefit from more structured documentation for better onboarding and smoother workflows. Last-Minute Requirement Changes – Frequent and sudden requirement changes can create bottlenecks in testing and affect sprint planning.
